Color Street Nail Polish Strips

I was recently sent a set of Color Street Nail Strips & an accent nail sample by my friend Rosy at Radiantly Rosy (you’ll recognize her from the Six Blogger Style series we’ve been doing together!) I’ve used nail strips from other brands in the past but was usually less than impressed between time and effort to apply & also durability. I’ve been pleased with Color Street’s products.

My sample set is in a gorgeous glittery silver called Tinseltown. The accent nail strips were red. My nails are very brittle and often break, and I hate wearing nail polish because when it inevitably chips within 5 hours of applying, my nails look even more ragged and short than they already are.

Color Street’s strips are much more durable. The only reason I even had to change the red ones was because I accidentally scuffed them on the edge of our grill when we were moving it into the shed during the tropical storm/hurricane prep.

Final Thoughts

In full disclosure, I can’t speak fully to the durability to their up to two week claim on a personal level. I’ve mentioned before that I am living with anxiety and depression. The events of the hurricanes and fires and some personal familial happenings have been a wreck on my nerves. I tend to fidget and pick at my nails when it gets really bad. So while the durability may be longer than I saw, I had nervously peeled the strips back off without even realizing it around Day 5.

I am, however, impressed with the colors and prints offered by Color Street. They’re very current and in trend while still offering some kitschy, fun prints (and I’m a sucker for some kitsch!)

I will definitely be ordering more nail strips! My overall experience was very pleasant.

  1. OMG that glitter looks amazing! Love how you combined it with red :). I’ve never tried anything from Color Street, but these strips look like something I’d use a lot cause I hate polish touch ups. Thanks for sharing! <3
